Our Story

See a need, fill a need.

This all started out kind of Fight Club-style - you had to know someone to get on the email list and it was all quite hush hush. But that was in 2019 - at the end of the Before Times and the very beginning of The Covid Times. In the midst of all that we managed to find, renovate and open a small shop in Sharpsburg where we do so many things! Because see, I need to feed people. It makes me happy to make good food with good people and then feed it to good people, so that’s exactly what me & my staff do.

We do our Take & Bake - a brand new full menu every week available for delivery or pick-up - we aim to solve that Mon/Tues/Wed problem, the I/We Require Food But Am Just Fried And Have To Be In 4 Places 10 Minutes Ago And Would Like It To Be Tasty/Easy. We make that happen. Generally in well under and hour with little to no prep on your part other than turning on an oven.

We do our Pop Up every Friday & Saturday where we get to make BOMB fried chicken, biscuits, smashburgers and whatever else delicious we feel like hooking up for that week - it’s a fun menu that changes just a lil bit every week as we make new things. It’s also the very best way to see & get to know our neighbors. Winning all over the place, really.

We do a little bit of wholesale and a smattering of catering. Our goal is and has always been to make good food out of real ingredients and feed people who want to be fed and we do that through a few different channels. Never a dull moment around these parts :) And I am not mad about it.

What’s next? Well we are going to keep feeding you fine folks as long you’ll have us, mainly. We are working on some fun things to expand our catering offerings. We are mostly together on a Mobile Division so we can take The Pop Up on the road occasionally, just need to decide where and when. Mainly, though, we’re going to keeping having a damn good time making really good food out of quality ingredients and feeding yinz guys - it really is the best part of what we do!
